The Rt. Hon. Tim Eggar
Non-Executive Chairman
Tim Eggar was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company on 22 October 2005. He is also Chairman of Harrison Lovegrove & Co., has an MA from the University of Cambridge and is a barrister. In 1979 he was elected a Member of Parliament for Enfield North. He held a number of ministerial roles from 1985 to 1996, including Minister for Energy in the Department of Trade and Industry. Since leaving politics, Tim has had a number of senior board positions, and was Chief Executive of Monument Oil & Gas from 1998 to 1999 and a non-executive director of LASMO from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2004, he was Vice-Chairman of Corporate Finance at ABN AMRO with responsibility for the Integrated Energy sector. He is also a non-executive director of The Expro Group, Anglo Asian Mining and President of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce.

Dr David Bremner
Chief Executive Officer
David Bremner, who has been a director of the Company since 22 October 2005, was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 16 November 2007. He holds a BSc honours degree and a PhD in geology from the University of Glasgow. He joined BP in 1977, where he worked with their international staff in the UK and the USA. In 1984 he joined Merlin Petroleum, a small start-up exploration company based in San Francisco, as Exploration Manager. After the sale of Merlin Petroleum in 1989 and a successful role in international petroleum consultancy, he joined Monument Oil & Gas in 1995 as Exploration Manager. In 1997 David was appointed Exploration Director for Monument, a position he held until that company was sold in 1999. Since that time he has been engaged in international petroleum consultancy with a particular emphasis on new business development.

Mr Martin Groak
Chief Financial Officer
Martin Groak was appointed a director of the Company on 31 March 2006. He is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in economics from the University of London and has nearly 30 years of international business experience including Finance Director of Chaco (since renamed Amerisur) Resources plc, an AIM listed oil and gas company operating in South America. He is multi-lingual, with a strong background in trade, project and corporate finance, mining, steel, logistics and energy. He is also a non-executive director of Bluehone AIM VCT plc, The Tanfield Group plc and Creative Entertainment Group plc, all publicly quoted companies.

Mr Barry Goldberg
Non-Executive Director
Barry Goldberg was appointed a director of the Company on 22 October 2005. He has a BCL and an LLB from McGill University and is a member of the Ontario Bar. Since January 2005 Barry has been a principal of Genuity Capital Markets where he has continued his prominent role as a leading advisor in Canada's largest corporate restructuring organisations representing stakeholders' interests in the negotiation, development and implementation of financial restructuring and recapitalisation strategies. He has extensive public company advisory experience having participated in some of Canada’s most significant public company restructurings.

Mr Paul Marchand
Non-Executive Director
Paul Marchand was appointed a director of the Company on 15 July 2005 and is a solicitor. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and holds a BCL degree from the University of Oxford, an LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch and BComm and HDip Tax degrees from the University of Witwatersrand. Paul is General Counsel of the Meridian Capital group. He was formerly a partner of White & Case, an international law firm, and spent time at its New York and London offices. Prior to joining White & Case, Paul was a solicitor at Linklaters, an international law firm, and an attorney at Cliffe Dekker, a South African law firm.

Mr Roderick Perry
Non-Executive Director
Rod Perry was appointed a director of Indago on 22 October 2005. He is currently a consultant to 3i Group and an adviser to Ithmar Capital in Dubai. He is also a non-executive director of PartyGaming Plc. He was the global head of Venture Capital for 3i, one of the largest venture capital companies in the world, from November 2001 to July 2005. He was also a member of the board of 3i Group and a member of both the Executive and Investment Committees.

Mr Erdinc Nick Zana
Non-Executive Director
Nick was appointed a director of Indago on 1 August 2006. He is a senior international oil executive with over 32 years of experience in the industry. Most recently he was Chairman and CEO of Nelson Resources, an independent oil company operating in Kazakhstan. Prior to that, he worked for Chevron, holding numerous executive positions, both in the US and internationally. He has a BA in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa and a Masters degree and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology.

Mr Stephen Lambert
Group Commercial Director
Stephen was appointed Commercial Director of Indago Petroleum on 21 May 2007. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation. He has a degree in history from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. Stephen has extensive experience of business development and corporate finance in the international oil and gas industry, including in the Middle East, Caspian and Indian sub-continent. Prior to joining Indago, Stephen worked for Chevron as General Manager, Strategy and Planning, for Business Development, and previously had a variety of roles with Monument Oil and Gas, Lasmo and in the M&A group at Ernst & Young.
